Elizabeth
Elizabeth Marshall, MDiv, is a
“high energy” life and career coach who specializes in maximizing performance
through energy management for personal and business success. With experience as a teacher, musician,
consultant, recruiter and sales professional, Elizabeth is all too familiar with
the stress, overwhelming demands and constant change of today’s world. A confirmed over-achiever and recovering
“stress junkie,” Elizabeth brings a
wealth of experience and knowledge to her personal and business coaching
clients.
While working as a medical
consultant and recruiter for the nationally recognized Merritt, Hawkins and
Associates, Elizabeth consistently
exceeded company expectations. Five out
of her last six months with MHA, she received the Recruiting Consultant of the
Month Award. In the midst of a
successful and promising career, she left her recruiting job to launch her own
coaching practice. As a coach,
Elizabeth can fully utilize her
experiences and knowledge base to provide client solutions for maximizing
performance in ALL areas of life – career transition, job performance, health
and fitness, relationships and personal development. Her mission is to help clients discover
solutions that work so they have time, energy and space for what matters
most!
Elizabeth
brings extensive knowledge and training to her practice. She has an Bachelor’s Degree in Music from
Baylor University and a Master’s Degree in
Divinity from Yale University. As a coach,
Elizabeth received training from
Coach University, the oldest and most
recognized coach training program in the country.
When she is not coaching,
speaking or writing, Elizabeth
values time with friends and family. An
avid health and fitness devotee, she knocks out stress and stays in shape
through yoga, running and rollerblading. Other passions include reading, watching movies, listening to various
types of music, visiting art museums, and watching NBA games. Elizabeth lives in
Dallas with her Australian Shepherd,
